Prices for wooden houses design

‘Derevianyi Dim’ Architect Bureau provides services of the design-making of wooden houses, hotels and bathhouses of profiled timber (glued and of natural humidity) and according to the frame technology. The total value of design works is 7-10 USD/sqm. For the convenience of our Customers, the design works are carried in two stages:

 1. Draft design                                                                                                                                                                    2. Working design

If ‘Derevianyi Dim’ company is contracted for construction of a glued timber house – working draft free.

The calculation of the total area is carried according to axes and includes sky light, open terraces, balconies, and verandahs. The draft design is an integral part of the document package, necessary for approval of construction works by the state authorities.

The draft design includes:

 1. Design licence                                                                                                                                                                  2. Explanatory note with technical and economic indexes.                                                                                    3. Foundation plan.                                                                                                                                                            4. Floor plans.                                                                                                                                                                      5. Roof plan.                                                                                                                                                                        6. Facades.                                                                                                                                                                         7. Sections.                                                                                                                                                                           8. Perspective drawing of the house.

The working design is necessary for production and construction of the wooden house, it includes:

 1. Detailed specification for the wall complex elements.                                                                                          2. Technological assembly plans (walls scheme).                                                                                                  3. Plans of beams, plan of rafters.                                                                                                                               4. General specification for the running meter products and cubic content of the wall timber.                    5. Plans of electric equipment.                                                                                                                                          6. Specification for filling out of window and door openings.                                                                                  7. Plans of monolithic ceiling panels, laying plan (in case of the ground floor).                                                8. Section of flue pipes and ventilation channels.

Other chapters of the design (basement, engineer networks, rafter constructions calculation, interior design) you may order for the separate fee.
